Bio
Education: St. James elementary school, East Catholic High School (named a National Merit Scholar), Boston University (graduated with a B.S. in Film Production).
Computer background: The year was 1990. I fell in love with my grandma's IBM 286 at age 10. By 14, I saved up enough paper route money to get my own PC. I liked playing games so I had to learn a lot just to get them to work. Soon my family and friends were enlisting me to help them with their computers.
Many magazines and upgrades later I got a summer job at Computer Renaissance as a salesman/technician. After almost 2 years there I left for college and managed to get a computer lab administration/web design work-study job for all 4 years. After college the job market was a wasteland so I fell back on my computer skills to work for the biggest local operation: Kaplan Computers. I started out in the service department and went on to the Kaplan sister company, PC Worldwide.

Brian L. McNamara, Owner
"Brian was prompt, polite and incredibly gifted with the inner workings of our friends the computers." - Patrick Comerford, WH
Working harder than ever before in my life I rose from lowly server technician to Head Technician in the span of one year, fixing thousands of computers along the way.
Another intense year later I decided that I could do better on my own and I left to pursue my dream of PC Strikeforce full tilt. |
