After endless problems--too numerous to mention--Brian came to our house and worked his magic.  In a very complicated issue he was willing to stay late--I needed my computer for the next day--and ultimately was able to bring my unit back to life.  And a short few days later, in an entirely unrelated matter because I accidentally deleted a very important file from my floppy disc (yes, now I know that I should have backed it up) he was willing to come over, on a very short notice, and recover some very important information that I thought was lost forever.  A pleasure to have Brian in our home not only professionally but also personally.
